Interventions

nudge intervention group:Based on participants' obesity risk and physical fitness behavior characteristics, an obesity-risk-stratified nudge intervention program was developed in accordance with nudge
(2) feedback nudges (regular feedback reports on fitness tracker data)
and (3) peer comparison nudges (regular feedback on participants' activity level rankings within the intervention group). Moderate- and high-risk participants received the following nudge intervention
2. environmental cue nudges (posters and prompts promoting physical fitness behavior)
3. feedback nudges (regular feedback reports on fitness tracker data)
4. framing nudges (informing participants of the benefits and losses associated with specific behaviors)
5. peer comparison nudges (regular feedback on participants' activity level rankings within the intervention group)
and 6. pre-commitment nudges (discussing and establishing daily step activity goals with participants through pre-commitment).
control group:No additional interventions were provided.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Students enrolled in grades 4-8; 2. Subjects and their guardians are informed of the study content and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of major diseases or currently undergoing regular medication treatment; 2. Unwilling to wear activity trackers for an extended period; 3. Unable to communicate normally; 4. BMI already exceeds the obesity threshold (WS/T 586-2018 standard).
