18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign this research informed consent form; 2. Be between 18 and 60 years old; 3. Classified as ASA I~II by the American Society of Anesthesiologists; 4. Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 18.5~24 kg/m^2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cannot or is unwilling to sign the consent form, or cannot follow the study procedures; 2. Has contraindications for painless gastrointestinal endoscopy; has gastrointestinal conditions like gastric retention or pyloric obstruction; 3. Has obstructive pulmonary disease or an acute upper respiratory infection; 4. Has severe organ dysfunction; 5. Allergic to anesthetics; 6. Shows cognitive impairment before surgery: MMSE score below 27, has clear central nervous system diseases like brain tumors or history of stroke, or has had various causes of cranial surgery; 7. Has had intravenous or general anesthesia (not including local anesthesia) in the past 3 months for other reasons; 8. Is taking sedative-hypnotic drugs before surgery; 9. Has had insomnia in the past 3 months or has a long-term history of insomnia.
