Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part 1: The Impact of Serum-Specific Antibody Reference Values on the Effectiveness of ELISA in Diagnosing MMP 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Clinical presentation is oral mucosal blistering disease; Part 2: The Relationship Between MMP and Inflammatory Response Inclusion criteria for the patient group: 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Diagnosed with mucosal pemphigoid; Inclusion criteria for the control group: 1. Ages 18-85, any gender; 2. Having oral mucosal diseases without inflammatory response;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part 1: The Impact of Serum-Specific Antibody Reference Values on the Effectiveness of ELISA in Diagnosing MMP 1. Due to various reasons, the serum antibody ELISA test was not performed at Peking University First Hospital; 2. The current examination results cannot clearly diagnose or exclude MMP; Part 2: The Relationship Between MMP and Inflammatory Response 1. Suffering from hematological or immunological diseases, or other diseases that may affect the results of blood routine and inflammatory cells; 2. History of using glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants within one week prior to blood routine and histopathology; 3. Due to various reasons, blood routine or histopathological examination was not performed; 4. Epithelial or lamina propria deficiency in histopathology.
