Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Those who provide informed consent; 2.Pressure-related erythema (PrE) identified during the first shift handover; 3.Expected hospital stay exceeding 5 days (a hospital stay that is too short may not allow completion of follow-up assessments); 4.Able to maintain a 90° lateral position for 30 seconds and able to expose the sacrococcygeal/heel areas for observation;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of infection, dermatitis, scarring, or other skin conditions in the erythema area that may interfere with skin observation; 2.Long-term use of cold or heat therapy during the follow-up period that may affect skin temperature monitoring; 3.Application of moisturizers (e.g., Sairunfu), alcohol, povidone-iodine, or other substances to the erythema area within 30 minutes that may affect local skin temperature; 4.Patients for whom repositioning is contraindicated; 5.Already diagnosed with Stage 2 pressure injury (PI) or above, or deep tissue pressure injury (DTPI);
