No-Social anxiety group:None
Low-intensity group:Low-intensity indoor cycling, three times per week, 45 minutes per session, at 35-54% of maximum heart rate
Moderate-intensity group:Moderate-intensity indoor cycling, three times per week, 45 minutes per session, at 55-69% of maximum heart rate

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-30 years, in good health, without serious physical diseases, contraindications to exercise, or history of mental illness; 2. Possessing normal cognitive understanding abilities, visual and auditory levels, and able to cooperate in completing experimental assessments and exercise tasks; 3. Participants in the social anxiety group were screened based on the Social Interaction Anxiety Scale (SIAS), with scores >=36 points identified as individuals with social anxiety; 4. Participants in the control group had SIAS scores <=35 points, without obvious social anxiety emotions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of serious somatic diseases, exercise contraindications, and mental disorders
