Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years, any gender. 2. Clinically diagnosed with acute posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) injury, with the time from injury to imaging examination generally <= 6 weeks. 3. Have knee MRI data and/or surgical records that can be used to determine the PCL injury pattern. 4. Have knee CT raw images or thin-slice images that can be used for MPR reconstruction, which can be used to measure tibial insertion bone quality and PCL HU values. 5. Medical records must at least include basic information such as age, gender, injured side, mechanism of injury, and imaging examination time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronic PCL injuries, unknown injury time, or injuries where more than 6 weeks passed before imaging. 2. History of surgery on the same knee or a known previous PCL injury. 3. Combined severe tibial plateau fracture, distal femur fracture, severe bone damage after knee dislocation, or other injuries that affect ROI measurement. 4. Severe knee osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, infection, tumor, metabolic bone disease, or other conditions that obviously affect local bone/ligament imaging. 5. CT images with too thick slices, poor reconstruction quality, obvious motion artifacts, significant metal artifacts, or inability to clearly identify the PCL tibial attachment area. 6. Insufficient MRI or surgical data, making it impossible to reliably determine the injury pattern. 7. Other situations the researchers believe are not suitable for inclusion in this study.
