Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: You will be eligible for participation in the study if you meet ALL of the following criteria: 1.Older adults aged 60 to 85 years, ensuring that they can follow the interventions at a similar place; 2. Undergo cognitive screening with the Hong Kong Montreal Cognitive Assessment (HK-MoCA), with inclusion scores set between 19 and 25, adjusted for education (+1 point for individuals with six years of schooling or less); 3.Be in a physically stable condition, and able to safely engage in physical activities; 4.Physically inactive (<3 hours of light-intensity physical activity per week); 5.Have normal color vision, with no color blindness or color weakness, to ensure valid participation in computer-based cognitive tests; 6.No major medical conditions (e.g., malignant tumor, severe heart failure, severe COPD, etc.) or other health problems that may affect participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria will include the following: 1.A diagnosis of dementia; 2. Concurrent participation in other structured interventions or lifestyle modifications (e.g., diet/exercise interventions), although leisure activities are permitted; 3.A history of psychosis, bipolar affective disorder, or communication difficulties; 4.Current use of psychotropic medications without a stable dosage maintained for at least three months prior to and during the study; 5. Chronic diseases or medical conditions that may interfere with safe participation in the interventions, such as unstable cardiovascular disease, severe and/or uncontrolled hypertension, or severe osteoporosis, etc.
