experimental group:Daily supplementation with compound probiotics containing *Lactobacillus casei* Zhang (>= 8 x 10^9 CFU), *Bifidobacterium lactis* V9 (>= 6 x 10^9 CFU), and *Lactobacillus plantarum*
control group:Daily supplementation with an equivalent amount of placebo (strawberry powder + maltodextrin)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.? Volleyball-specific athletes with >3 years of training experience; average training >6 hours/week. 2. No smoking history, no family genetic history, and no diagnoses of cardiovascular, respiratory, or metabolic diseases (including hypertension, heart disease, asthma, diabetes, etc.). 3. Strict avoidance of yogurt and fermented dairy products during the study. Antibiotic use must be proactively reported.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants who cannot proficiently perform the barbell back squat exercise. 2. Participants whose one-repetition maximum (1RM) is less than 1.5 times their body weight. 3. Participants with a history of lower-limb sports injury within the past six months.
