Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with osteonecrosis of the femoral head (ONFH, ARCO I–III stages or JIC classification is clear); 2.With complete follow-up data and the final occurrence of collapse; 3.Before the collapse, there were regular imaging examinations (X-ray anteroposterior and frog position) within 0-12 months. 4.The image quality meets the requirements of the grayscale analysis. 5.The imaging can be clearly marked with the time interval between the image and the collapse.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Having previously undergone surgical treatment for the femoral head (such as core decompression, osteotomy, etc.); 2.Poor imaging quality or inability to perform ROI measurement; 3.Combine severe bone and joint diseases (such as infections, tumors); 4.Incomplete follow-up information or unclear collapse time;
