Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previously diagnosed with ASD at a secondary or tertiary medical institution, and meets the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for autism, confirmed as mild to moderate autism spectrum disorder. 2. No other congenital diseases or conditions that affect physical functioning. 3. Gross and fine motor development is normal or mildly to moderately delayed, with no physical or cognitive impairments that would affect outdoor activities. 4. During the study, no additional regular outdoor or parent-child exercise interventions will be added aside from the interventions arranged in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with neurological or mental disorders, such as epilepsy, tics, depression, etc. 2. Heart defects, asthma, severe bone hardening, or osteoporosis that affect physical function. 3. Those with hearing or vision impairments. 4. Recently used drugs that affect cognition, movement, language, behavior, etc. (such as mouse nerve growth factor, cytidine diphosphate choline sodium, children’s intelligence syrup, etc.). 5. Must be able to guarantee no absences during the study period; those who cannot complete the entire process due to uncontrollable factors like sick leave or personal leave will not be accepted.
