45 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke, confirmed by CT/MRI, and it’s the first occurrence; 2. In the acute phase (within 2 weeks of onset); 3. Aged 45-75 years; 4. Has mild to moderate functional impairment (NIHSS score 5-15); 5. Conscious, MMSE>=21, able to cooperate with assessments; 6. At least two consistent primary family caregivers (such as a spouse or children) are willing to participate in the study and have signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having serious major illnesses like severe heart, liver, or kidney failure, or cancer; 2. Severe aphasia, agnosia, or serious cognitive or mental disorders that make cooperation impossible; 3. History of serious musculoskeletal diseases that affect functional assessment;
