Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >18 years old, ASA grade I-III; 2. Gynecological malignant tumor lesions, elective laparotomy under general anesthesia; 3. Sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Any of the following conditions disqualifies a case from being selected: 1. Patients under the age of 18, with ASA grade IV or above; 2. Those with severe liver or kidney diseases, liver dysfunction, or a history of chronic renal failure; 3. Those who need to be transferred to the intensive care unit due to their condition after surgery; 4. Pregnant and lactating patients; 5. Patients who cannot independently complete the preoperative questionnaire, understand the use of postoperative analgesic pumps and the methods of pain scoring.
