Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PCV Group: Patients aged =18 years with a confirmed diagnosis of PCV, regardless of gender. Patients must be treatment-naive for PCV with no prior therapy for PCV. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) ranges from 20/400 to 20/40. 2.AMD Group: Patients aged =18 years with a confirmed diagnosis of AMD and no PCV features, regardless of gender. Patients must be treatment-naive for AMD with no prior therapy for AMD. Best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA) ranges from 20/400 to 20/40. 3.Normal Control Group: No history of ocular diseases, and no systemic diseases (such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus) that affect the eyes.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with other severe ocular diseases (e.g., diabetic retinopathy, retinal vein occlusion, uveitis, etc.); 2.Opacity of the refractive media affecting OCTA imaging; 3.Absence of imaging examinations required for the study; 4.Patients with severe systemic diseases (e.g., poorly controlled hypertension, diabetic retinopathy, renal insufficiency) or immunosuppressive conditions. 5.Prior treatment for PCV or AMD; 6.Patients deemed ineligible by the investigator.
