Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Voluntarily participate and sign a written informed consent form; 2.Aged 18–70 years old (inclusive), with no restriction on gender; 3.Patients in the experimental group shall meet the corresponding diagnostic criteria for inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or irritable bowel syndrome (IBS); 4.The healthy control group shall have no history of chronic digestive system diseases and no gastrointestinal discomfort symptoms within the recent one month;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Aged younger than 18 years or older than 70 years; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Use of antibiotics, prebiotics, probiotics or immunosuppressants within the past one month; 4.Complicated with other severe organic digestive diseases (such as colon cancer), severe systemic diseases (such as cardiac, hepatic and renal insufficiency), or mental illnesses; 5.(Additional exclusion criteria for the healthy control group): having a family history of IBD or IBS, or a personal previous history of relevant diagnosis;
