Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke specified in the Chinese Diagnostic Criteria for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases (2019 Edition) and be aged > 18 years; 2. Be conscious, have stable vital signs, and be able to cooperate with training; 3. Have respiratory dysfunction: FEV1 and/or FVC below 80% of the predicted value; 4. Reside permanently in Taiyuan, be able to continue follow-up after discharge, and be willing to return to our hospital for reexamination; 5. Both the subject and their family members sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of severe cardiopulmonary diseases, such as heart failure, acute myocardial infarction, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, severe pneumonia, etc.; 2. Complicated with craniocerebral injury, thoracic surgery, rib fracture, etc.; 3. Severe cognitive impairment or psychiatric symptoms that preclude cooperation.
