Patients with dizziness/headache (vestibular migraine VM, migraine MIG, benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV, benign paroxysmal vertigo BRV, Meniere's disease MD, with at least one episode per month in the 3 months prior to enrollment), vestibular neuritis VN.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-70 years; 2. Clearly diagnosed with chronic dizziness or migraine (according to ICHD-3 or Barany Society criteria), disease duration =3 months; 3. Capable of using a smartphone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe visual impairment (corrected vision < 0.3) or color blindness, unable to complete written/screen reading; 2. Severe cognitive impairment (such as dementia, consciousness disorder); 3. Acute stage of mental illness, unable to cooperate with diary recording; 4. Participated in another interventional clinical trial within the past month.
