Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing primary elective total knee arthroplasty (TKA); 2.Aged 18 years or older; 3.Able to read, understand, and communicate effectively; 4.Provided informed consent and voluntarily agreed to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who were transferred to rehabilitation healthcare facilities for postoperative rehabilitation after discharge; 2.Patients who developed severe complications or experienced significant changes in their medical condition during hospitalization, resulting in an inability to complete the intervention or evaluation; 3.Patients who voluntarily withdrew from the study or had incomplete data during the study period.
