15 Years to 50 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged >=15 to <=50 years; 2.Undergoing elective temporomandibular joint fixation under elective general anesthesia; 3.ASA physical status I-II; 4.Voluntary use of an analgesic pump;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative sick sinus syndrome, severe sinus bradycardia (HR <50 bpm), second-degree or higher atrioventricular block without a pacemaker, congenital heart disease, aneurysmal vascular disease, arteriovenous malformation, history of intracerebral hemorrhage, arrhythmia or other severe cardiovascular diseases, obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, concomitant hyperthyroidism or pheochromocytoma, severe liver/kidney dysfunction; 2.Patients with preoperative delirium or communication disorders, mental illness or substance abuse, pregnancy or breastfeeding; 3.Use of sedatives, analgesics, or antidepressants within 1 month before surgery, and patients allergic to the drugs used in this study.
