Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) according to the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th Edition (DSM-5) criteria; 2. Scored >=30 on the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS); 3. Aged between 2 and 10 years old; 4. The study protocol was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee of Yuebei People's Hospital, and informed consent was obtained from the guardians; 5. No previous systematic psychotherapy or rehabilitation training before enrollment to ensure consistent baseline; 6. Children diagnosed in the Department of Child Rehabilitation of Yuebei People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2025, who received life scenario group lessons combined with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or routine comprehensive rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with comorbid schizophrenia, genetic metabolic diseases, or severe intellectual disability; 2. Children who withdrew from the study for any reason during treatment; 3. Children with severely missing clinical data (e.g., baseline assessments, treatment records, follow-up data) that could not be used for efficacy analysis.
