Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=18 years who received treatment after emergency triage; 2. Conscious and alert, able to understand the questionnaire content and complete it independently or with assistance; 3. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with critical conditions requiring immediate resuscitation (e.g., cardiac or respiratory arrest, severe trauma, etc.); 2. Individuals with severe mental disorders or cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate with the investigation; 3. Patients who leave the hospital on their own initiative or transfer to another hospital midway through their visit for various reasons.
