Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Based on guidelines such as the "Colorectal Cancer Screening and Early Diagnosis and Treatment Plan (2024 Edition)" issued by the National Health Commission, the "Colorectal Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines (2024)" issued by the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO), and the "Chinese Expert Consensus on Early Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2023 Edition)" issued by the Early Diagnosis and Treatment Group of the Oncology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, inclusion criteria were established. Participants were selected for the corresponding groups based on the results of colonoscopy and pathological reports.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Anal canal tumor, appendiceal tumor, neuroendocrine tumor, familial adenomatous polyposis; 2.Cases requiring additional surgery due to perforation or bleeding complications from endoscopic treatment; 3.Patients who have used antibiotics, glucocorticoids, or immunosuppressants within one month of sampling.
