Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) specified in the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Revised 2025), with a post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC ratio = 18 years; 3. Have sufficient communication skills and the ability to complete the questionnaire independently; 4. Provide informed consent and voluntarily participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with mental disorders or intellectual disabilities; 2. Patients with other severe chronic diseases, such as malignant tumors, or severe cardiac, cerebral, or renal diseases. 3. Complicated by other chronic respiratory diseases.
