Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed or laboratory-confirmed HFMD cases reported by medical institutions in Shangluo City between January 1, 2015 and December 31, 2025; 2.Cases with complete information (onset date, age, sex, address); 3.Laboratory-confirmed cases with pathogen testing results.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Duplicate reported cases; 2.Cases with missing key information (onset date, age, address); 3.Clinically diagnosed cases without pathogen typing (if only analyzing laboratory-confirmed cases).
