Eligibility

Age
40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Females aged over 40 years with a natural menopause duration of at least 1 year; 2. Endometrial thickness measured by transvaginal ultrasound is >= 4 mm; 3. Underwent hysteroscopic endometrial tissue biopsy, with the tissue submitted for pathological examination; 4. Complete clinical general data and pathological data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with symptoms of abnormal vaginal bleeding or discharge after menopause; 2. Those with a history of breast cancer, or a family history of endometrial cancer in first-degree relatives, or a family history of Lynch syndrome; 3. Those with a history of long-term estrogen or tamoxifen (TAM) use, or those with an intrauterine device (Mirena) in place; 4. Those with incomplete data and unable to be followed up.
