Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Practicing clinical physicians from various levels of medical institutions (including general hospitals, specialized hospitals, and traditional Chinese medicine hospitals) in Eastern China (including but not limited to: Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Shandong, Anhui). 2.The department is: Anesthesiology, Pain Medicine, Orthopedics, Emergency Medicine, or other related departments. 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and check the informed consent box. 4.Able to independently read and understand the content of Chinese questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-clinical physician personnel (e.g., nurses, technicians, pharmacists, administrative staff, etc.). 2.Physicians who have been in advanced training, rotation, or internship for less than 3 months. 3.Questionnaire completion time < 300 seconds (automatically identified by the system). 4.Missing key information in the questionnaire or obvious logical contradictions (e.g., having never used preoperative regional analgesia, but subsequently providing detailed specific operational details).
