18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic and subtyping criteria; 2. Aged 18-65 years; 3. Able to accurately describe pain and complete the post-cold food abdominal pain score; 4. Able to cooperate in completing the relevant questionnaires.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of abdominal surgery or trauma; 2. History of intestinal vascular diseases; 3. Use of antibiotics, gastrointestinal prokinetic agents, or drugs that may affect TRPA1 function (such as capsaicin, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, certain calcium channel antagonists, etc.) within one month prior to enrollment; 4. Organic lesions of the intestinal mucosa detected by colonoscopy; 5. Pregnant women; 6. Patients with severe cardiac, pulmonary, or renal systemic diseases.
