Interventions

Experimental group:Doxycycline (0.1g, twice a day) Caplacizumab 20mg twice a day, course of 14 days, can be adjusted if necessary.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 80 years; 2. Patients receiving regular hemodialysis; 3.Voluntary participation in the study and provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to any study medication (e.g., keverprazan, doxycycline); 2. Pregnancy or lactation; 3. Alcohol abuse; 4. Hepatic insufficiency due to hepatitis, fatty liver, or other causes; 5. Presence of malignant tumors.
