Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >= 18 years, regardless of gender; 2.Clinically diagnosed with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of WHO or the Chinese Clinical Guideline; 3.Outpatients or inpatients who received medical care at Nanfang Hospital from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2024, and have no subsequent medical visits back; 4.With at least one record of bone mineral density (BMD) examination or bone metabolism-related laboratory tests (including serum calcium, serum phosphorus, PTH, 25-OH-VD, P1NP, ß-CTX, etc.); 5.With complete baseline diagnosis and treatment records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Complicated with severe infectious diseases, such as syphilis, HIV, tuberculosis, sepsis, etc; 2.Complicated with malignant tumors, or secondary bone diseases including bone metastasis of malignant tumors and multiple myeloma, etc; 3.Severe hepatic insufficiency (Child-Pugh Grade C), or end-stage renal disease (eGFR < 30 ml/min/1.73m^2) without dialysis; 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Patients deemed unsuitable for participation in this study by the investigators;
