Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with inner ear diseases. 2. Patients with sudden deafness: Patients with sudden deafness experience acute hearing loss, and some patients' hearing cannot recover naturally within a short period of time. 3. This study includes patients with initial onset and recurrence, who may be at high risk of developing refractory deafness. 4. Patients with tinnitus: Tinnitus is a common and difficult-to-quantify symptom, with a high incidence rate, and the symptoms of some patients persist or worsen. 5. This study includes patients who have visited the doctor due to symptoms such as persistent tinnitus and have a certain impact on daily life. 6. Patients with otogenic vertigo: Dysfunction of the vestibular system in the inner ear often causes otogenic vertigo, presenting as dizziness or imbalance, affecting the quality of life of patients. 7. This study includes patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) and Meniere's disease. 8. Patients with hereditary deafness: Hereditary deafness refers to deafness caused by genetic variations, or deafness that occurs due to carrying genetic variations and being susceptible to certain environmental factors after exposure to those factors. 9. This study includes patients evaluated by otolaryngologists or genetic counseling experts and considered to have hereditary deafness. 10. Other patients with inner ear diseases: In addition to the above diseases, other patients presenting with inner ear symptoms, including recurrent or complex inner ear diseases, are also included as research subjects.
