Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for stroke in Diagnostic Criteria for Main Types of Cerebrovascular Diseases in China (2019), confirmed by CT or MRI; 2.First onset, stable vital signs, and no cognitive dysfunction; 3.Disease duration ranging from 1 to 12 months; 4.Aged 25 to 75 years old; 5.Modified Ashworth spasticity scale score of the affected limbs < grade 2; 6. Brunnstrom stage of the hemiplegic limbs = stage ?; 7.Voluntary participation and signed informed consent for treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe dysfunction of vital organs including the heart, liver and kidneys; 2.Cognitive impairment, speech disorder or visual disturbance that prevents active cooperation in training; 3. Age =25 years or =75 years; 4.Presence of skull defect; 5.Suffering from other neurological or musculoskeletal diseases that affect limb motor function.
