Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Initial Screening for Diabetes (meet any one of the following): Patients aged 18–65 years, random venous blood glucose > 11.1 mmol/L; fasting blood glucose > 7.0 mmol/L; HbA1c > 7.5%. 2. Assessment of Diabetic Myocardial Injury (meet any one of the following): Echocardiography showing LVEDd > 50 mm in females or > 55 mm in males, accompanied by ejection fraction < 45%; myocardial biopsy revealing microvascular disease or positive PAS staining.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of severe, uncontrolled respiratory diseases, urinary system diseases, and nervous system diseases. 2. Coronary angiography indicates moderate to severe stenosis. 3. Complicated with hypertension, valvular heart disease, thyroid dysfunction, and other congenital structural cardiomyopathies.
