65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Hip fracture surgery needs to be scheduled for a later date; 2. Age: 65 years old to 85 years old; 3. BMI: 18 - 30 kg/m^2; 4. Normal coagulation function; 5. ASA: Grade II to III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have had allergic reactions to the drugs used in this trial; 2. Patients with local or systemic infections; 3. Patients with coagulation disorders; 4. Patients with severe cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction; 5. Patients with a history of hip joint surgery on the same side; 6. Psychiatric patients; those with language, communication or hearing impairments; 7. Patients who refuse to participate in this trial; 8. Patients with multiple systemic injuries.
