Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The number of antral follicles (AFC) is less than 5 or the anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) is less than 1.2 ng/mL. 2. It is the first or second IVF/ICSI cycle. 3. Controlled ovarian hyperstimulation (COH) is performed using PPOS (high progesterone induction) or antagonist protocol, and the number of retrieved oocytes is >= 1. 4. A written informed consent form has been signed. 5. Two embryos are transplanted.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Use donor eggs/donor sperm, or plan to undergo pre-implantation genetic testing (PGT). 2. Have endometrial lesions (such as polyps, adhesions) and the condition has not improved after treatment. 3. Have severe underlying diseases (such as uncontrolled hypertension/diabetes, active malignant tumors). 4. Have a history of repeated implantation failures (>= 2 cycles) or repeated miscarriages (>= 2 times).
