Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65; 2. Diagnosed with CKD stage 3-5 (eGFR consistently <60 mL/min/1.73 m^2), with a disease course of at least 3 months, and no renal replacement therapy has been performed; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Have normal reading, comprehension and expression abilities, and be able to cooperate in completing questionnaire surveys; 5. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with a history of systemic infectious diseases, malignant tumors, other serious physical diseases or severe complications; 2. Previous or current history of mental illness or cognitive impairment; 3. Those undergoing temporary emergency dialysis due to acute renal dysfunction; 4. Patients who have undergone kidney transplantation or have an isolated kidney; 5. In the past three months, one has been hit by major events, such as the death of a close relative or friend.
