Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First received unilateral kidney allogeneic transplantation; 2. Complete CT scan imaging data at the Th4 or L3 level were available within 90 days before the operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with concomitant diabetes, history of intracerebral hemorrhage surgery, organic cardiac disease, malignancy, hereditary disorders, or chronic inflammatory conditions; 2.incomplete follow-up records.
