20 Years to 50 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with tubal pregnancy treated with a single dose of MTX at the National Women's and Children's Hospital from 2014 to 2023; 2. HCG less than 5000 U/L, mass smaller than 4 cm, no fetal heartbeat; 3. Age 20-50; 4. Blood HCG measured during treatment: Day-4, Day-2, Day1, Day4, Day7; 5. Regular outpatient follow-up;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic reactions to medication; 2. Missing data; 3. Second or multiple doses of MTX treatment; 4. Liver or kidney dysfunction, or other serious internal or surgical complications;
