18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosis of primary lung cancer; 2. Age 18-70 years; 3. Aware of their medical condition; 4. Score >= 34 on the Fear of Disease Progression Short Scale; 5. Clear consciousness and normal expression, able to complete questionnaires independently; 6. Have a mobile phone with a WeChat account and can use WeChat mini-programs to participate in the study; 7. Have not received interventions related to fear of disease progression and are not on the waiting list for other interventions; 8. Voluntarily agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients in the terminal stage; 2. Those with severe cognitive impairment or mental illness; 3. Those with other serious organic diseases.
