18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range: 18 - 65 years old; 2. ASA classification: I - III; 3. Operation duration: 1 - 3 hours; 4. BMI: 18.5 - 30.0 kg/m²; 5. Patients scheduled for foot and ankle surgery under spinal anesthesia; 6. Patients planning to receive sciatic nerve and hypogastric nerve block before the operation; 7. Patients have given informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergic to the studied drug; 2. Presence of peripheral neuropathy or neurological dysfunction on the surgical side; 3. Abnormal coagulation or infection at the puncture site or anatomical abnormalities; 4. Long-term use of opioid/antidepressant drugs or history of drug abuse; 5. Accompanied by severe uncontrolled organ or mental disorders; 6. Pregnant, lactating or planning to become pregnant; 7. Refuses to sign the informed consent form.
