Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for interventional procedures of the descending aorta or peripheral arteries, with an expected surgical duration =180 minutes; 2.age >=60 years; 3.Preoperative American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification II–IV; 4.Body mass index (BMI) between 18 and 30 kg/m^2; 5.Voluntary participation with written informed consent obtained.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of illicit drug abuse or alcohol abuse; 2.Known intolerance or hypersensitivity to any study drugs or their components; 3.Severe life-threatening cardiac disease; 4.Participation in other neuropsychiatric drug trials within the past 6 months.
