Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathologically confirmed primary lung adenocarcinoma after surgery; 2. No prior anti-tumor therapy before surgery (including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, etc.); 3. Aged >= 18 years, both genders; 4. Complete clinical and pathological data (including TNM stage, lymph node metastasis status, follow-up survival information, etc.); 5. Voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other malignant tumors (pathologically confirmed, excluding cured non-melanoma skin cancer or cervical carcinoma in situ); 2. Received neoadjuvant chemotherapy, radiotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy before surgery; 3. Complicated with severe infection, autoimmune diseases, or major organ failure (e.g., heart, liver, kidney); 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Incomplete clinical data or lost to follow-up.
