Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 60 and 75 years; 2. No regular physical exercise in daily life; 3. Those who can walk independently (without assistive devices), communicate normally, understand and follow instructions; 4. Participate voluntarily and sign the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having regular physical exercise in daily life; 2. Diagnosed with cognitive impairment, acute or advanced diseases, or severe cardiovascular, respiratory, musculoskeletal or neurological disorders that interfere with voluntary exercise
