Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the surgical indications and are scheduled to undergo pancreaticoduodenectomy; 2.Age range: 18 - 80 years old, gender not restricted; 3.The patients or their family members can understand the research protocol and are willing to participate in this study, and provide a written informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those who cannot tolerate surgery due to severe underlying diseases or other reasons as assessed before the operation; 2.The nature of the surgery is palliative; 3.The actual surgical procedure does not match the preoperative plan: such as partial pancreatic resection, mid-section resection, distal pancreatic resection, total pancreatic resection, combined organ resection, etc; 4.The patient or the patient's family cannot understand the conditions and goals of this study and cannot obtain informed consent;
