18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Postoperative pathological diagnosis confirming stage I lung adenocarcinoma; 2. Treatment-naïve, with no preoperative radiotherapy, chemotherapy, targeted therapy, or immunotherapy; 3. Long-term local residence history of >=10 years; 4. Aged 18–80 years, voluntarily sign informed consent; 5. Qualified tissue and blood samples, and complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of prior malignant tumor or combined with other primary cancers; 2. Autoimmune diseases, active infection, or severe cardiopulmonary diseases; 3. Unclear long-term residence; 4. Unqualified specimens or refusal to sign informed consent; 5. Missing clinical data that may affect analysis.
