Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children who received ventilator support therapy (tracheal intubation or tracheotomy) at Shanghai Children's Medical Center during the study period; 2. With complete clinical data, core research data such as VAP infection status and prevention and control measures through bundled strategies can be obtained through the electronic medical record system and infection monitoring system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with incomplete clinical data and missing core research data that cannot be supplemented; 2. Patients who transferred to other hospitals or voluntarily discharged during the study period, making it impossible to complete the full data traceability.
