Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients were aged between 18 and 85 years. 2.Patients were diagnosed with DM combined with HF; 3.Patients complete at least 72 hours of CGM;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable conditions (hemodynamic instability) and those with an extremely high risk of death in the short term. 2.Patients who are unable to eat normally; 3.Patients with severe renal insufficiency (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m2); 4.Patients with active liver disease or severe hepatic insufficiency: ALT level exceeds three times the upper limit of normal; 5.Patients with malignant tumors that require treatment; 6.Pregnant women; 7.Patients with incomplete CGM data; 8.Patients with diabetic ketoacidosis or hyperosmolar hyperglycemic coma;
