Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Obtain the Nurse Practice Qualification Certificate of the People's Republic of China; 2. Work in the nursing position; 3. Working period >=6 months; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Interns and visiting trainees; 2. Those who are absent from work on the day of the survey due to sick leave, maternity/paternity leave, or off-site training.
