Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years, diagnosed with end-stage kidney disease, with stable condition; 2. Requires continuous and regular hemodialysis treatment, with treatment duration of no less than 3 months; 3. Dialysis frequency is 3 times per week, 3-4 hours per session; 4. Muscle strength >= 3 grades; 5. The patient voluntarily participates in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe swelling of the lower limb muscles or joints, limb movement disorders, and who cannot tolerate this study; 2. Patients with severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases (NYHA classification level IV); 3. Patients who switched to peritoneal dialysis during the study; 4. Patients with impaired consciousness, mental disorders, and those who cannot cooperate with the investigation and exercise.
