Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Signed informed consent; 2. Patients who are to undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia (surgical sites include stomach, intestine, liver, gallbladder, bile duct, appendix, uterus and ovaries); 3. Elderly patients aged >80 years old; 4. ASA score I–III; 5. BMI 18 ~ 30 kg/m^2.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of mental or neurological diseases (such as cerebrovascular disease, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease, schizophrenia, depression); 2. Severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency; 3. Use of cyclopofol or propofol anesthesia within the past 3 months; 4. There are contraindications to anesthesia-related drugs used in this study; 5. Alcohol and drug abuse; 6. Endotracheal intubation has been performed before surgery; 7. Request to withdraw from the study midway.
