Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Completeness of core variables in baseline health examination data (see enrollment data collection) >= 80%; 3. At least one subsequent medical activity record in the hospital's information system after the health examination.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who were clearly diagnosed with the outcome diseases of interest at baseline (e.g., confirmed coronary heart disease, malignant tumor, etc., as specifically defined according to the disease definitions in subsequent analyses); 2. Patients who cannot be effectively analyzed due to severe missing data or logical errors in the data.
