Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged >=60 years and <=90 years, who meet the diagnostic criteria for lower extremity atherosclerotic occlusive disease and have undergone lower extremity arterioplasty (including simple balloon dilation and stent implantation); 2. Clear consciousness, capable of cooperating to complete nursing intervention and scale assessment; 3. There are no contraindications for surgery such as coagulation dysfunction or severe liver and kidney failure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive dysfunction, mental illness, or communication disorders that prevent cooperation with researchers; 2. Patients undergoing combined amputation surgery; 3. Those who are transferred to other hospitals halfway or have incomplete clinical data.
